A hotel would be awesome, I have a plan I made for a hotel with a garden and basic powe gen built into it, the beauty of how I handled it was built the structure then built power and garden in survival.
Power was able to be tapped in each room at a limited rate of 512rf/t and a common room was made with all the random machines needed for early game 🙂
In front of the hotel there is a road with spaces plotted out for “store fronts” for each person
