We do have a small amount of power generating at spawn. I could see having some kind of power storage in the hotel rooms or something like that. The only thing is, when you’re early in the game, you don’t really have anything to charge. It’s hard to imagine a scenario where someone would progress to the point of having things that need rf, but not having any rf generation.
